Developing the Next Generation of Leaders

Why It Matters?

Gen Z is facing unprecedented levels of meaninglessness, uncertainty, and disconnection. The future of our communities depends on developing young leaders with compassion, purpose, and the courage to serve others.

Our Model

The Santa Barbara Catalytic Project’s Neighborhood Impact programs help students develop what we call moral imagination, the ability to see beyond themselves and use their gifts in service to their communities. Through mentorship, hands-on service, deep reflection, and real-world problem solving, students grow from participants into leaders who create lasting change.
